1. Educational purpose
SeeSmart is a learning course, not an authentication service. Practice answers use the recorded sources of the examples. Visual clues alone cannot reliably prove that media is genuine or AI-generated.
2. Responsible use
Use the course lawfully and respectfully. Do not use its examples to impersonate people, mislead others or claim endorsement by anyone pictured.
3. AI explanations
The AI tutor may make mistakes or omit context. Compare its explanations with the lesson and media source. Do not rely on it for legal, financial, medical or other consequential decisions.
4. Media and attribution
Some images and videos are AI-generated. Others are real recordings or photographs. Credits are shown after you answer. Rights remain with the relevant creators or rights holders; access to the course does not grant permission to reuse all media.
5. Progress and submitted answers
Progress is saved in this browser on this device and can be lost if browser storage is cleared. Your quiz answers and relevant lesson details are sent to the AI service to create explanations. Do not enter sensitive personal information.
6. Availability and limitations
Lessons and examples may change. The course is provided without a promise of uninterrupted access or error-free explanations. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law gives you.
7. Draft status
These are draft terms for the course operator to review before public launch. Operator details, applicable jurisdiction and a contact method have not yet been provided.
